1 - Terms of purchase via, and use of Pentagon Army A / S - Online store for mail order.

1.1  To become a member and to order goods from us, you must be 18 years old! If it is checked in the box "I am over 18 years old" without having turned 18 years old, this is considered false personal information and Pentagon Army AS disclaims all responsibility for this. Abuse of this will be reported to the police. 

1.2  With us at the Pentagon, we have a lot of equipment with 18-year age limits, such as air pistols, softguns, swords and knives that are longer than 25 cm. We MUST have a copy of these items before we can send the item. A copy is sent to post@pentagon.no. Contact information can be found  her .

2 - Conditions for purchasing goods via the online store.

2.1 Common rules for mail order purchases apply at the Pentagon. Items ordered in the online store will normally be sent within 1-10 working days via Norway Post, and delivery time is Norway Post's normal times for parcel post within Norway. We do not ship by postal order.

2.2  We share stock with the retail store  Pentagon Army , and all orders are subject to electronic and actual stock status being updated. If an item is sold out in a store and not updated in the online store or similar, the customer will be contacted by email (or phone if number is given)

2.3 You have a 14-day right of return on products purchased from the Pentagon's online store. You must complete and submit  right of withdrawal form  included in the return package and this form can be found under Right of withdrawal on our page. The product must be returned in new condition with undamaged, original packaging. The package can not be sent in cash, and the Pentagon reserves the right to refuse to accept a right of withdrawal in accordance with  the Consumer Purchase Act .

2.4  Packages in collection that are not picked up will still be invoiced with NOK 700 for expenses in connection with packing and transport. Uncollected packages are sent back from Norway Post after 14 days, and Norway Post does not give a postponement.

3 - Consumer rights and and sales restrictions

3.1 The Pentagon sends to Svalbard, and VAT is deducted on the final invoice.

3.2  Air weapons, copies of firearms, knives, swords and other weapon-like objects are not sent out of Norway! Foreign customers who order such goods will be notified via email that the order will be canceled.

3.2  You have the usual guarantee and right of return according to  The Consumer Purchase Act  which regulates sales between businesses and individuals.

3.3  Police, conscripts and professional officers, security guards, ambulance personnel, security guards and the like receive a 10% discount on service-related equipment. A copy of the service certificate must be sent in the same way as valid identification, see section 1.1 and the order must be marked with the comment "Service related".

4 - Privacy

4.1  Pentagon Army A / S v. The online store stores all information provided when you register a user on pentagon.no. We do not resell the information, we do not publish information without a court order and we will not send you letters other than critical (in case of computer errors or ordering questions) and possibly voluntary newsletters.

5- Commission sales

5.1  commission rams are not sent by mail only sales in store buyer must self pick up and bet. for rams with us, rams are sold as is (antique and used items) pentagon do not guarantee commission items !!
